The Lizard
Lizard is a complex Spiderman villain in the fact that he is an enemy while he is the Lizard, but when he is in human form, he is actually Dr. Curt Connors who is one of Spiderman's allies.
The Lizard made his comic book debut in The Amazing Spider-Man #6 in November of 1963.
Dr. Curt Connors helped Spiderman defeat the Rhino by creating a solution that would dissolve the Rhino's costume. However, the chemicals he used to create the solution transformed him into a Lizard.
